Typically, we process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Our products are shipped from a well-established warehouse through trusted courier agencies. Please allow a period of 5-7 days from the date of your order for delivery to be completed.

Kindly note the following shipping charges:

  1. Orders above ₹999 with prepaid payment will enjoy free delivery.
  2. Prepaid orders below ₹999 will incur a shipping charge of ₹50.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be subject to a shipping fee of ₹60.

Please be advised that THE BROOSH cannot be held responsible if someone else accepts the delivery on your behalf.

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, it is crucial to report the issue to our customer service team on the day of delivery.
