For full-priced (non-discounted) electronic products that are non-personalized, unopened, and unused, we offer a full refund if returned within 15 days from the purchase date. Just email us at care.thebroosh@gmail.com and send the products back to our address. Please note that if we arrange for the product pickup, actual postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Please be aware that personalized products are not eligible for any refunds.
Our consumable items such as toothpastes and mouthwashes cannot be repackaged or resold once opened due to hygiene reasons. Therefore, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds for opened or used products. In exceptional cases, unopened and unused products may qualify for store credits equal to their value.

After delivery, any damage incurred is not our responsibility. We offer a one-year warranty on our electric products, covering damages during delivery, internal defects, or product failures. Please note that no refunds will be processed for accepted warranty claims or damages. A successful warranty claim entitles you to a replacement only. There is a specific procedure and SOP that must be followed to claim warranty on our products, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. Your refund will be initiated after the product undergoes a quality inspection.
In the event of shortages or damages, please notify our customer service on the delivery day, accompanied by an unboxing video sent via email to care.thebroosh@gmail.com or by calling +91 88375 08391. An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortages or damages during transit.
